Blooms Throughout The Seasons Terms and Conditions. Updated 04/01/2020

 

By using this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you have both read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Blooms Throughout The Seasons reserves the right to amend or update the information contained within this website at any time without providing notice.

Quotations

i) Custom Floral Arrangement pricing is in the form of a quotation at your consultation for custom services. Quotes remain valid for 30 days from date of production. Quotes not accepted within this time frame will need to be reconfirmed in writing prior to acceptance. Quotes may expire before 30 days, under these circumstances the date will be shown on the quote.

ii) Once a quote has been acccepted, full payment will need to be paid before the goods are received. Prior to delivery, payment will need to be confirmed. Quotations include the price of delivery. Prices for new orders may change without notice; any new price will be clearly displayed in any communications with Blooms Throughout The Seasons.

iii) All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Orders

i) In order to fulfill your order, Blooms Throughout The Seasons will need to collect certain information from you such as, your name, contact details, billing address, delivery address and payment details. Details on how we collect, store and use your information is available in our PRIVACY POLICY.

ii) Due to the nature of the goods, there are limited numbers of bunches available on any given day. Furthermore, only one style of flowers may be available on any given day. Blooms Throughout The Seasons will advise on stock availability and consult on the final design prior to it being handcrafted. The Florist will endeavour to ensure that the arrangement closely resembles the ordered arrangement as closely as possible. In the event that the end result is significantly different from the style ordered, the sender will be notified.

Delivery

i) The areas we deliver to are outlined on the DELIVERY page of the website.

ii) Our delivery hours are between 9:00am and 5:30pm for business addresses and 7:00am to 7:00pm for residential addresses. We are unable to offer a guaranteed timed delivery.

iii) In the event that there is no one to receive an order, we will leave flower at or near the door, or a suitable safe place in the vicinity of the property. If no safe place is available, we will endeavour to contact the sender to re-arrange delivery.

Wedding Orders

i) Custom Floral Arrangement pricing is in the form of a quotation at your consultation for custom services. Quotes remain valid for 30 days from date of production. Quotes not accepted within this time frame will need to be reconfirmed in writing prior to acceptance. Quotes may expire before 30 days, under these circumstances the date will be shown on the quote. Wedding orders must be onfirmed with a booking no later than one month before the wedding date. Order validation is required, as Blooms Throughout The Seasons accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions once the final order has been confirmed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any items are fit for their inteneded use.

ii) We offer one complimentary consultation and written quote. It is highly recommende that you email any photos of designs that inspire you prior to the consultation so that we can tailor your quote accordingly. Furthermore it is recommended you checkk on Australian and Brisbane based websites for seasonal flower availability.

iii) Your Wedding date is reserved on receipt of a 30% non-refundable deposit. Where a wedding date is less than 1 month away then full payment of the amount quoted is required, as flowers must be ordered in advance.

iv) Payments can be made at any time from date of booking up to one month prior to the Wedding date. At that time full payment is required.

v) Changes and Amendments are permitted once the wedding date has been reserved. However they may incur an additional charge and are not guaranteed. Subject to notice and availability, bookings can be transferred to another date. It is highly recommended that all details of the Wedding flowers are finalized no later than one month before the Wedding date. You are welcome to supply your own vases for arrangements, however we will need to supplied to us in order to provide an accurate quote.

vi) Weddings cancelled within 1 week of the scheduled delivery or collection date cannot be refunded as the flowers have been purchased and arranged, rendering them unavailable for reuse. Furthermore, we have reserved the date in good faith and in doing so have lost the opportunity to cater another wedding or function. Cancellations two weeks prior to the delivery or collection date will be refunded less the 30% non-refundable booking deposite mentioned in point 3 above.

vii) Due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer guarantees. We always do our absolute best to supply exactly what you have ordered. However due to external factors such as the weather and seasonal availability of certain flowers, availability, colour or shade cannot be guaranteed. In the event we need to substitute a specified flower, we will use our experience and expertise to select what we determine is the next best option. We will advise you of any changes.

viii) If you Wedding bouquet contains dyed flowers, it should be noted that they are not colorfast. In teh event the stems or heads are exposed to moisture and get wet or through handling, the colour may run or stain. To reduce the risk of this, please endure the stems are dryed carefully prior to handling.

Warranties, Refunds and Cancellations

i) Due to the nature of the products, we have a quick turnaround time. If you change your mind about a ‘send now’ purchase we will be unable to offer a refund.

ii) We are unable to offer a refund if the delivery information provided to us is incorrect. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure they provide detailed and accurate delivery instructions. Shoud a wrong delivery address be provided, we can offer a re-delivery service but this will incur an extra cost.
